1. What is the SportFits Club?
The SportFits Club is our free loyalty program. You automatically collect FitPoints with every purchase, level up, and secure exclusive benefits such as discounts, promotions & surprises.
2. How do I become a member?
Create a free customer account and get 50 FitPoints as a welcome gift. You automatically start at Level 1, immediately receive all member benefits, and can save right away on your first order.
3. How does point collection work?
You receive 2 FitPoints for every euro spent. This applies to all purchases — regardless of the product. As soon as you have a customer account, the points are automatically credited to you. In case of returns, they are corrected accordingly. You can collect Extra FitPoints in special promotions and challenges. You can transparently track your exact point balance and all transactions at any time in the point history in your customer account.
4. What benefits do I have as a member?
The higher your level, the better your benefits – from member prices to exclusive VIP promotions!
Starting from Level 1, you can expect:

5. What are the Deals of the Week?
The Deals of the Week are updated every Wednesday — on our SportFits Club day. As a member, you secure exclusive offers such as member prices, vouchers, and flash deals. You can find them in your customer account under "Deals of the Week".
6. Which levels are there and how do I reach them?
Level 1 – Member
You automatically become a member as soon as you create a SportFits customer account. Guest orders do not count.

Level 2 – Premium
From €250 = 500 FitPoints

Level 3 – VIP
From €750 = 1,500 FitPoints
7. How do I level up?
It's simple: you collect FitPoints through purchases and selected promotions, such as by filling out your SportFits profile. With more points, you advance to higher levels and thus secure even better benefits.
8. Does participation cost anything?
No, the SportFits Club is free. Your membership is completely free: no fees, no hidden costs, and no minimum spend. You collect FitPoints solely through purchases and promotions.
9. Do my points expire?
No. FitPoints do not expire. Even after a long period of inactivity, your collected points remain available to you.
10. Where can I see my points and my level?
Log in to your customer account. Under “My SportFits Club” you will find a clear overview of: your point balance, your level, the missing points until the next level, and the current Deals of the Week.
11. Ordered as a guest before? Here's how to get your FitPoints.
Have you ordered as a guest before? No problem. Create a free customer account with the same email address — then the FitPoints from your previous orders will automatically be credited to your account.
